Mission Statement
I uphold a strong work ethic, keep myself held to a higher standard and practice kaizen.Kaizen is the continuous daily improvement of myself, my skills, and/or my relationships. My values I hold for myself are made to benefit the world and workplace environment. I value fostering relationships,being self aware, and practicing self discipline because no matter what profession we may end up, we are in the people business. People must like and trust you to be a friend or a client of yours. Being self aware is a strong value in my life because I think its important to know why I make the decision I made, and why we believe what we believe. Self discipline is important to me because its being able to complete the task at hand or goal and doing the unpleasant things in order to become better at that skill. Adhering to these values will make myself and those around me better.
